About
10,000 people signed up for tunyt in its first month. We spent nothing on marketing.
I'm Aditya, the co-founder and CTO. tunyt runs an event end to end: finding the venue, selling tickets, coordinating vendors and keeping the day on schedule, which organisers have usually done in a spreadsheet. I built the system behind it, from the agents and the real-time infrastructure to the screens, and I lead a tech team of four. About 3,000 people have bought paid tickets through it, and recurring hosts include Coding Blocks LPU, Trendians and Seen Kya Hai. Weekly requests have grown from 69K to 485K, and latency has fallen from 110 ms to 59 ms. I'm 20, and still in college.
How I started
I started in school. In class 9 I made a game about Goddess Durga for Toycathon 2019, a national competition, and finished in the top 100 in India. Most of the people I was up against were university students.
In 2020, in class 10, I entered my first hackathon, at IIT BHU, and built a deep learning model that can tell whether something is biodegradable.
Later I started freelancing for a hotel that was making around 100K a month. I worked on its local marketing, its online presence and how it handled customers, and brought it to between 150K and 190K a month. Revenue rose 73% in three months.
Tixin came from the problem of hosting an event. The experience was harder than it needed to be for the people running it, and event teams have a lot to solve. I built Tixin to make that easier, on a Kubernetes cluster I set up by hand on two Raspberry Pi 5s. I load-tested it at 16K requests a second. With two small nodes there's nowhere to hide a slow query, so I had to fix each one. Tixin grew into tunyt, and is now retired.
What I'm building
The project I'm most focused on outside tunyt is Veris. It started with a photo I took. It was real, a lot of people decided it was AI, and I had no way to prove them wrong. Veris is a camera that proves its photos are real. A key rooted in the device's TPM signs each photo at the moment of capture, a zero-knowledge proof anchors that signature on Ethereum, and the evidence goes to Filecoin and IPFS. It takes under a second from capture to an on-chain check. It's a working prototype in three forms, and the standalone camera made the top 14 of 85,000+ teams at the Google Solution Challenge 2026. I'm looking for pre-seed funding to take it further.
I also built Sukku, a robot that reads emotion and runs entirely on its own hardware, and PHANTOM, which puts a defender AI against an attacker AI that feeds it fake logs. When a tool matters to me, I write a small version of it, which is how I ended up with my own Redis, load balancer, SFU and operating system.
How I work
I measure before I change anything. On tunyt that took the error rate from 2.84% to 0.32% between June and August 2026, while traffic kept growing. I also get things wrong, and I write those up. On 1 May 2026 I moved one piece of startup code and took production down thirty seconds after CI passed. The write-up is on this site.
Before I ship anything, I ask three questions:
- If 100K users hit this tonight, what breaks first?
- How would I even know it broke?
- Can I ship the fix without taking it down?
Around the work
I teach backend and DevOps at Learner's Arc to 100+ students, give guest lectures on system design, and have judged four or more hackathons. I've won eleven or more, including:
- Apr 2026: 1st, Student Incubation, InnoTek, LPU 9th Innovation Expo
- Mar 2026: 1st, Brand Wars, Xpecto'26, IIT Mandi
- Jan 2026: Winner, Syntechs 2026, CodeChef × Kreo
Where I've worked
- Dec 2025 to nowCo-founder & CTO, tunyt
10,000+ sign-ups in the first month with no marketing spend, and about 3,000 paid ticket buyers since. I lead a tech team of four. - Jun to Jul 2026Research intern, Lovely Professional University
Contributed to two filed patents and two research papers. One patent is on hardware-anchored attestation for AI agent decisions, the other on a cognitive-emotional adaptive intervention system. - Jan to Feb 2026Software development intern, Pokus
Built backend pipelines for an AI agent that books, orders and makes calls in the real world. Owned CI/CD for the Flutter app's production deploys. - Jun to Oct 2025Open-source mentor, GSSoC
Mentored contributors on production backends, distributed systems and design trade-offs. - 2024 to 2028B.Tech, computer science (AI & ML), LPU
CGPA 8.39.
What I'm looking for
An SDE or founding-engineer role on a team with hard backend or hardware problems, or pre-seed funding for Veris. If you're hiring for one or investing in the other, email me at adityapandeyadp@gmail.com. I read everything.
